I am a native of Cumberland County and have spent the last 15+ years serving clients in the real estate market. I began my journey in 2005 working in the mortgage industry in Fairfield Glade. Then I was recruited into real estate in 2015 by the developer in Fairfield Glade. Now in 2021 I have decided to go out on my own and use all the knowledge I have gained to represent anyone looking to move inside or relocate to Fairfield Glade or Cumberland County. Our Process:
DISCOVERY
Establish your goals for budget, square footage and lot through a phone call or an in-person meeting with our team
DESIGN
Select and customize your dream home. Work with the builder to make any necessary changes to your plan and agree on the price and terms.
For new construction, we work closely with you and our home designers to collaborate on creating the perfect home design for you!

PROPERTY ACQUISITION
Purchase a lot that will accommodate and highlight the features of your dream home.
Most often we buy an existing lot directly from the homeowner.
Our specialty is in-fill construction, meaning we buy in established neighborhoods and build a new home on the home site.
APPROVAL & PERMITS
Draw and submit plans to ACC (Architectural Control Committee) for approval and obtain proper permits to start construction.
CONSTRUCTION
Once financing is in place, permits have been obtained and the ACC has approved your home plans, the lot will be cleared, and construction will begin.
MOVE IN
Once we’re done, it will be your turn to build new memories and new beginnings in your new home.
