The worst bank ever. I moved all of my financial business to a credit union. I would warn everyone to stay clear of Commercial Bank. Horrible customer service and they add charges to your account without notice.

Always smiling and friendly with me… they don’t seem to care I don’t have alot of money… always very helpful… just wish we could get that online banking thing working… my password has never worked..

I have banked here for 10 years… went to the same bank every single Friday. Not sure why I still have to give you my social to the teller every time… even when I give them my acct. number they won’t take it. Online banking SUCKS! Sight crashed all the time. Can’t reset your password from your phone, and everything they reset it they charge you a $4 service fee. Takes 3 days for transactions to show in your account.

If I could give them a 0, I would. In my opinion, they really don’t care about their customers that don’t have a lot of money.
