Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable at First Century Bank. I have banked here for over 30 years. So thankful this small hometown family owned bank is still operating. Claiborne County is blessed to have this service available.

There is no way to get any kind of service on the phone. The lack of any kind of working service other than a physical branch just shows a pathetic lack of ability on the part of bank executives. If you dont have a call center let me get through to the branch on the phone instead of a worthless IVR. Smh. Closing account soon.
