What did I just experience?!. Went in to open a business account, got dirty looks, arguments, “we need to verify you by looking at me as I have took her chuld away” Complete lack of customer service and common sense. This is a review specifically for this branch, not First bank. Ridiculous!!!

Was thinking this bank may be our primary bank in our move to TN. Then we started accessing service fees on the account and turns out we were not given all the information when I called to assure the changes were ok. I called about the mixup but management was less than helpful so will be closing the account and looking for another bank. Definitely did not seem interested in keeping me as a customer. Good thing I did not buy checks yet.

I’ve had three mortgages with First Bank and Cody McNeil has been the consummate professional. Honest straightforward always giving personal attention. I feel appreciated as a customer and if I ever have to finance another mortgage or refinance I will go with First Bank.

I would give it 5 stars but if you have to change your phone # you can’t use the mobile banking or the app unless you physically go to your branvh and change it. Not a big issue just inconvenient. Other than that I love it!
