Wow. I built 20 houses in another career and I wish there had been an outfit as professional as these guys back then! They even stayed overtime to make sure my tenant’s water was hot and working before they left! I just bought two lifetime warranties, one for my rental building, and another for my own house—they’ll come out once a year to check your plumbing, twice a year to tune up your HVAC! Polite and professional workers too. Best part: they keep their word.

I called to inquire about a toilet that was flushing slowly. I was pleased that a tech was quickly (only reason I’m giving them two stars) scheduled to arrive the next morning to take a look at the issue. His name was Will and he was professional and pleasant, but he missed the mark with me when he immediately jumped into the theatrics of his sales pitch. Instead of simply diagnosing a clogged pipe, that later cleared itself for free, Will quoted me to completely replace my toilet at $600, replace the Pressure Valve for another $430, replace and/or repair three different issues on my water heater (that I never called about) and suggested that we need a service tech to come out quarterly to service our HVAC, plumbing and electrical (AKA upsell more services) for an additional $290. I won’t be using the service, nor will I recommend it to others. In fact, I’ll be sure my friends or family are aware of your technician’s (salesmen) dog and pony show.
