Went in for diabetic foot ware and first visit went great. I was told that my shoes would be ordered. Went in for second visit and was told that the paperwork that was faxed to my Dr. Office never came back. So I took that paperwork they needed to my Dr. Office and had it signed and returned. They told me that’s all they need. Went back for my next visit and was told that they needed my last lab results from my Dr. So I’m three visits in and I was initially told it would only take a couple weeks to get this done. It’s been 3 months? Had another appointment 11/13/23. So I called that morning and asked them, before I come in, is my shoes there and they said no. So I would have another insurance charge and them knowing that my shoes were still not in. At this point I’m wondering if they’re just playing me for insurance money? Should not take 4-6 visits to get this done. Funny, two days after my review and them telling my shoes wasn’t even ordered yet, they called to tell me my shoes have arrived. So I bumped them up to two stars.

Dr Allen took time to ask the questions that make you feel heard. Excellent Doctor and I pray to make him a friend also.

Staff is EXTREMELY courteous and friendly and I have a needle phobia so they know to be super sensitive with me. Dr Allen is great at what he does and has a bedside manner like no other. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Allen.
