Russell & Abbott Heating and Cooling

I literally could not be more pleased with my experience of purchasing two HVAC units (AC and Gas Furnaces) from Russell and Abbott Heating and Cooling. Starting with Comfort Advisor Jeff Cooley who provided our quote and presented our options and followed by the Install Team (Supervisor Augie Perez, Install Team Lead Taylor Cox and Installer Jesse Humfleet) I have never dealt with a more impressive and professional group. Jeff was detailed and through when presenting our options and followed up without being pushy. He answered all of our questions patiently and helped us come to the decision that was best for us. We had gotten 5 quotes and felt that Russell and Abbott was the best product and service for the price. On Install day the team arrived exactly at the time they promised and tackled the project with complete professionalism while being very respectful and careful in our home. They wore shoe covers and placed drop clothes throughout the home to protect our wood floors. They cleaned up everything when done and left no sign that they had been there. They began at 9 am and stayed until they finished installing two new systems at 10 pm that night (13 hours). The Onyx systems we purchased work perfectly and we look forward to the 10 year service contract ensuring that we will have “no worries” for many years to come. I literally cannot say enough positive about this team at Russell and Abbott. The owner and management should be very proud of the team members we have been exposed to. I now understand why R and A has a 4.9 Google score with over 5000 reviews. They are top notch.
