Could not replace a cartridge in a shower without destroying the valve then charged over $300 to replace the valve. Found out later because it was a rental it wasn’t done properly and the shower won’t get hot and they won’t stand behind it recommend you find someone with integrity

Beware!!! Don’t waste your time. They came and cut a hole in the ceiling to fix my leak in my bathroom and said they’d be back to repair. Never showed up nor called. Claimed they don’t advertise and relied on reviews for business opportunities. Very unprofessional. Called twice and left messages. They left a msg but never heard back. This is not a fake post and the company response below says it all. Thank you.
