We’ve been using Waterworks for 15yrs. Since day 1, they have been reliable and professional. They either answer the phone or return calls promptly. Their technicians are excellent, very knowledgeable and great work. Highly recommended

I contracted with Waterworks Irrigation Services a few years back. At first service was Great, but then I began to notice issues like the heads not being directed correctly, weak stream, or too strong a stream. To be fair, they repaired broken items correctly, but there were issues with attention to detail. There were also issues with the office regarding scheduling and a couple of times with billing. I would have to leave messages, and they would only respond by email. I thought was strange. I finally had it when an employee told me I couldn’t get the service package, only the start up, because I missed an arbitrary deadline set by the owner. I asked what if I was a new customer? Would I be missing the deadline? I was told it was the owner’s policy. I mentioned that my other service providers, e.g. pest control and lawncare, have deadlines, but they have worked with me. I mentioned other irrigation providers. He told me to he would be happy if I found someone else. So I guess we both win! I fired them today, and found someone else the same day who would provide everything I need.
