I almost hate to leave a review because everyone there was super nice and I really wanted to like them, but my experience just wasn’t great.
I came in for plantar warts on my feet. We started with cryotherapy, which I explained I had tried before unsuccessfully, but I trusted the process. Instead of being charged for my copay for a specialist visit, I was billed for a “surgery” plus an office visit each time, $150-170 for 15 minutes. Then, I couldn’t get in sooner than every four to six weeks, which is too long between cryotherapy sessions to be successful anyway. I requested we try something more aggressive, so we started cryotherapy and some form of acid, which was extremely painful and made it difficult to walk for several days after treatment. However, by the time I had my next session, my warts had healed and returned to their previous state. I even had new ones pop up during this time frame. I voiced several times that I felt that my warts were just getting worse but I was not given any additional options.
I continued to have issues with my bill as well, and although I called to discuss my final bill and paid it in full, I still received an additional bill somehow.
I went to another provider a month ago and received a $20 oral prescription that completely eradicated my warts within a couple of weeks. Wish I had gone there first and saved the large expense and painful experience, but lesson learned.

I filled out their website ‘make application’ form. Immediately following, i rec’d a reply that said someone would be back in touch within 2 business days. Two weeks later, I rec’d a call. They said they could see me in 3 months. Obviously, this place doesn’t know how to run a business. I am now very suspect of their practice if this is how they treat people. I am definitely going somewhere else.

I highly recommend DAK. Their professional treatment and friendly employees make mine and husband visits less anxious.

I scheduled an appointment to have a surgery done about a month ago. Two hours before I was supposed to have my surgery, I get a phone call saying that the provider I was scheduled with does not do surgeries. Now I have to wait over a month to have this procedure. It is extremely frustrating that they scheduled me for a surgery with someone who does not do surgeries and that they only noticed two hours before my surgery was supposed to happen. Absolutely ridiculous on the part of the office staff.
Update: After my appointment was rescheduled, I received a phone call informing me that I needed to once again reschedule my appointment since the doctor they scheduled me with was not doing surgeries on that day. I was able to get an appointment for the same day and same location at a different time. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the doctor that I was scheduled with was not in office that day. Rescheduling 3 times is beyond ridiculous. This whole organization is an absolute circus, so they only employ clowns. Save yourself time, money, and a headache and do not come here.
