Meet Us – Everest Air

Everest Air – Heating and Cooling was founded by Brad and Lynnsey Williams on January 29th, 2019. HVAC is in Brad’s blood. His grandfather opened an HVAC training school in 1994 when Brad was just 3 years old. His parents then opened a heating and air conditioning company when he was 10 years old. He went to work one summer when he was in high school, and that was it, he was an HVAC guy.

When he was 21, he moved to Panama City, FL and enjoyed the beach for a few years. Brad met the love of his life, Lynnsey, on April 7, 2015. In October of 2016 they were married and in July 2018 they discovered they were pregnant!
Wanting their daughter to have a close relationship with family, they decided to make the move from the beach to the mountains of Tennessee with their three dogs: Steele, Dexter and Bailey, and a baby in the oven!

Brad had tried his hand at a few different things from selling solar energy systems door-to-door to becoming a realtor and selling real estate. However, he eventually realized that he needed to stick with what he knew best and go back to his roots, HVAC.

With the intention of creating a life that would allow them to spend ample time with their daughter, they decided to build their own heating and air conditioning company and they named it after their beautiful daughter, Charlotte Everest Raine Williams.

Brad’s parents taught him that the best way to get and keep customers was to always honor your word and provide a quality service. Brad and Lynnsey believe that convenience is also a major part of providing a customer friendly experience and therefore, we have reliable regular business hours and offer easily scheduling so customers stay happy! They know that money is hard earned and offer customer friendly pricing as well.
