WE'RE ON MISSION TO TRANSFORM HOUSES INTO HOMES
The craftsmen at TN Box Beams solve builder and renovator pain points. We eliminate seams typically found on sight built beams by using a custom Puzzle like joint for our box beams. We transform raw materials into quality, custom, natural wood accents that add warmth, beauty, and value. Because our products require no structural engineering for support, they are easy to install for builders and renovators alike.
To complete the look, we offer mantels, floating shelves, columns, corbels, brackets, lintels, cased openings, header wraps and ceiling packages.
We donate a portion of our profits to Narrow Gate Lodge so that every student accepted can attend, regardless of his ability to pay. The Lodge offers an eight-month experience for young men ages 18 to 25 who are seeking direction for their lives. Narrow Gate companies, including TN Box Beams, provide a sustainable means of support to Narrow Gate Lodge, helping young men discover a life that matters.

By using our seamless lock miter joinery, we have hand-crafted floating shelves that have the look of a solid timber without the cost, weight, or hassle of installation.
Installation is incredibly easy!
- Measure the inside of the shelf
- Cut mounting cleat to fit
- Mark installation location on wall
- Screw cleat to wall
- Attach shelf to cleat with nails, glue or screws
MANTELS
Our real wood mantels feature strong lock miter joints and end-grain caps which complete the solid timber look.
At a fraction of the cost and weight of solid timber, our mantels are masterfully crafted to have the appearance of a solid beam from every angle.
Our 3-sided mantels can be easily installed over a 2x cleat mounted on the wall above the fireplace.
